At SalHub (“SalHub”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Teuta Arifi (sole proprietorship), we take privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you access or use our website, marketplace, provider listings, request flows, workspaces, and related services (together, the “Platform”).
SalHub is a marketplace for business events and workshops. It helps organisers and companies discover providers, send requests, and coordinate projects in one shared workspace.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Platform.

2. What data we collect
A. Organisers / business users
We may collect:
- name and contact details
- company name (if provided)
- email address
- password and login credentials
- optional phone number
- event or project information (date, location, guest count, requirements, etc.)
- messages, attachments, tasks, and workspace content
- communications with support
B. Providers
We may collect:
- account and login data
- first and last name
- company name (if applicable)
- email and phone number
- category and service selections
- business profile details (bio, website, languages, location, service area)
- listing content (descriptions, pricing, media, portfolios, etc.)
- internal listing status (draft, pending, live, etc.)
- uploaded documents (if applicable)
- communications with users and SalHub
C. Technical and usage data
We may collect:
- IP address
- browser and device information
- operating system
- pages visited and actions taken
- timestamps and log data
- cookie and tracking data (see Cookie Policy)
D. Future payment data
If integrated payments (e.g. via Stripe) are introduced, we may process billing data, transaction references, and payout details.
SalHub does not store full payment card details unless explicitly stated.

- manage accounts, listings, requests, and workspaces
- enable communication between organisers and providers
- support collaboration (chat, files, tasks)
- review and manage listings
- provide customer support
- send service-related notifications

A. Between users
Data is shared between organisers and providers to enable requests and project coordination.
B. Service providers
We may share data with providers of:
- hosting & infrastructure
- authentication

- file storage

- support tools
- payment processing (if introduced)
- security systems
C. Legal obligations
We may disclose data when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
D. Business transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. We ensure appropriate safeguards where required.

Currently, payments are handled directly between users. If integrated payments are introduced, additional processing and terms will apply.

- workspace data for coordination and records

- legal and compliance data as required
Deletion may be delayed where legally required.

13. AI-supported features
SalHub may use AI tools for recommendations, summaries, or assistance. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs. Some visuals on the Platform may be AI-generated.
14. Third-party links
We are not responsible for third-party websites. Please review their policies separately.
15. Children
SalHub is not intended for users under 18.
